I absolutely love this machine! I have used a shark vacuum for many years, and every time we do a construction project in our house, I kill one and I go back and buy another one immediately! A friend of mine came by with her new shark Hydro vac to show me how it worked on our laminate floors, I was amazed by the results. I don’t mind vacuuming my area rugs, but I absolutely hate to sweep and mop ….but…. I have a black lab and a large house cat and they leave a lot of fur and dander all over the house. I would not recommend using this Hydro vac to vacuum area rugs, but it works really well to vacuum and mop the laminate floors. After vacuuming, I did use it to freshen up my area rugs, and it worked very well. However, when I cleaned the bottom, dirty water container, there was a large amount of hair that had to be cleaned out, and it took several minutes. I would recommend vacuuming first. I hate to mop, but this is an absolute joy to work with. You simply fill up the water container with some cleaning liquid and warm water and off you go. Mine did not work the first time I used it, I could not get the water to go through and get the brush to roll. After watching a Google video on troubleshooting, I found one that was very explicit about taking a paper clip and poking it through the hole at the very bottom of the water container. This worked perfectly, once I poked that hole completely, the Hydro vac started working immediately and left my floors very clean, almost completely dry and smelling like a dream. I don’t think my house has ever been so clean since we moved in seven years ago. It came with a good charge, but I did charge it for the recommended four hours before use. We have a small house, only about 800 ft.² and it can very easily clean our entire house on one charge. I absolutely love it, and would highly recommend it. I have been looking at this for a couple years, I’m so glad I finally purchased it! It is very easy to maneuver under and around any furniture. It stops working as soon as the water container is empty, and you simply clean and dump out the bottom container and you’re off and running again very quickly. And it has great suction power so it leaves. The floor is almost completely dry and I don’t have to keep the dog and cat and Husband outside for 20 minutes.

I am so pleased with this vac that I have to pass the word. ( Previously , I purchased a Bissel Pet Pro Crosswave. It only worked for about a dozen uses. It left quite a bit of water on the floor too. Cleaning it was gross but I was sure to do it properly each time.) I am the owner of 3 different SHARK vacs and they're all terrific for their type of machine. The MESSMASTER works just as I'd hoped. Good suction for cleaning solution, good brush action for soil too. My floor looks great. The cherry on top is the "auto clean" feature. WOW. A big time saver and the brush roll looks clean. I am leaving the brush open along with the solution container to air dry. SHARK is the better appliance.

I’ve been using this product for a couple of months now. At first, during the first month or two, it was okay. It picked things up well and that part was lovely. I got the heavy-duty version was about $300 and I use it only on tiles. I can’t even imagine how bad it would be if I had carpets! I used it exactly as instructed. I never used anything other than their own cleaning solution and I cleaned every single part after every use. No exceptions. I didn’t misuse it at all. But as you can see from the pictures, instead of cleaning, it’s actually leaving dirt all over the floor. Dirty water just leaks out, and I have no idea how, because everything,, filters, rollers, parts was clean. It’s just smearing dirt around instead of picking it up. I’m extremely unhappy with this purchase. It’s honestly the biggest waste of money. If you’re spending nearly $300, you might as well double that amount and get something that actually works. This product is a joke. A useless joke. Especially if you have carpets, I’d suggest you to think ten times before buying this. Now I have to mop everything again, which defeats the whole purpose. It’s unbelievable. There are so many other products out there, not even the top of the line ones, that do a million times better job than this. My friends and family using other products agree this was one of the worst purchases I’ve made. I took a chance and this was the result. Also, cleaning all the parts every time is not easy. It’s messy, and on top of that, you’re locked into buying their own solution constantly. Yeah. Total waste of money. Plus, worth to say, it’s just a one bed apartment, battery barely lasts for the whole area..

We generally really like our shark/Ninja appliance (3 vacuum cleaners/upholstery clearners) ... We love this unit for our hardwood floors and tiled bathrooms... and even low tightly woven carpets (as quick refreshed not deep cleaning)... easy to use, but the water tanks are a bit small (i know its a weight trade off) ... and cleaning it does take some effort so we wait til want to clean every room/carpet at once .. so as to have only one bigger clean up.. good value for money

Setting the scene-mom who works full time, 3 teenage boys,1 dog and 3 cats. Live in Wisconsin where mud season is about 40%of the year. Wanted something for light daily cleaning of hard floors. Received this today and have cleaned my whole 2 story ranch house. Currently March so beginning of mud season. I did not sweep prior to using just to see how it would do and it met expectations. Picked up lots of dirt, pet hair and other things. Also cleaned the basement gaming/teenage area and pet litter box area. It did amazing! Picked up kitty litter. Cleaning solution is not super strong scented which I like. Over all great so far. Machine is light weight. This would also be great for older folks in apartments. Only downfall would be emptying the dirty tank, but hoping it won’t be that bad after regular use. Update- have now used it 2-3x per week, still cleans good, downfall is that if you have pets and dirt, it gets behind the roller brush and is gross to clean out. Still liking it though as much better than having to sweep and mop many times a week.

I haven’t used the Hydrovac lots of times but I am very impressed so far, cleans really well without leaving the floor wet, easy to use and the self clean function is brilliant, well worth the money ❤️

No es una aspiradora que trapea, ES UN TRAPEADOR QUE MEDIO ASPIRA. La tuve que devolver porque la compré pensando en aspirar el PELO QUE SUELTA MI PERRITA, y de paso trapear, pero lo único que hace es MOJAR EL PELO Y DEJARLO en el piso. Además, deja muy mojado el piso por donde pasa, por lo que pisas para seguir avanzando y cuando se seca quedan huellas. También se gasta muy rápido el tanque de agua y tienes que estar interrumpiendo para llenarlo. Tal vez para otros propósitos funcione, pero ya que definitivamente NO TIENE LA EFECTIVIDAD QUE PROMETE, no la recomiendo para gente con mascotas que sueltan pelo.

Tener esta aspiradora no significa que nunca vayas a usar el trapeador, es necesario si quieres una limpieza profunda, ya que esta aspiradora es más de mantenimiento. La batería dura muy poco y el tanque de agua y agua sucia son pequeños— si estás limpiando un espacio grande, son varias las interrupciones. Respecto al olor, si deja olor si no la limpias y le sacas el rodillo, el líquido que trae huele muy bien pero es envase demasiado pequeño no dura nada y conseguirlo en México es difícil, por eso le pongo pinol , muuuuy rebajado para que no haga espuma y dañar el sistema de la aspiradora (espero así sea) porque de plano no se puede usar sin aroma, deja olor a tierra. Un punto importante es que tienes que barrer antes de pasarla porque si no ahí traes los pelos dando vueltas por el rodillo y/o dejándolos por la zona que estás limpiando.
