Amazing for Homemade Colombian Quesito!
This rennet worked perfectly for my homemade Colombian-style quesito! I used 6 tablespoons of vinegar for cooking and added salt to taste. For an authentic touch, I incorporated 100 grams of quesito (Colombian fresh cheese) into the mix. The texture came out just right—soft, slightly crumbly, and very fresh. Recibí muy rápido pero, no me funcionó. Hay otros tipos de cuajos que quizá funcionen mejor. Muy caro el producto para que no funcione. El queso no debe quedar así aguado sin cuerpo, y si queda es porque no sirve el cuajo
