Fantastic Mug at a great cost. Perfect travel size as-well ideal for a coffee. In my experience it'll keep your drink warm for over 4 hours no problem.

Brilliant little mug! This is my go to mug now for nearly all of my hot drinks. So this was designed not to keep drinks boiling hot for 6-7 hours nor is it completely leak proof. If you want that then you need to buy a vacume flask. TBH, none of these styles of flask are totally leakproof. What it does do is keep drinks hotter/warmer for longer than a normal cup which is the whole point. Personally, I can't drink boiling hot coffee, 60 ish degrees is where I like my drinks to be. I would say that it is about 99.9% leakproof but I wouldn't toss it into my backpack. I did a test of shaking it up and down with hot water in and non came out but i still wouldn't trust it in my bag. I have hovever had no problems putting it in the side pocket of my rucksack where it stays uprightish and going on a long walk in the country or jumping on and off trains to and from work. The reason I went for this flask is that I don't sip my drinks from the hole in the lid but instead prefer to sip from the flask. It has a thick, comfortable rim unlike others which are hard and sharp. I have even started making my tea in it when working from home as it often gets cold when I get destracted by work and then I have to go and microvave it. In this I simply just pop the lid on without screwing it down which keeps my tea hot till the last drop. It has a nice rubber base and is comfortable to grip. It is also the right size for a medium takeaway coffee if you feel like splashing the cash at a cost a lottta or a starbar! There may be better thermal mugs out there but for the price, this one for me is perfect :)

This is an excellent travel mug! Keeps my tea lovely and hot, you don’t have to fight to open it, can drink from it with the lid off comfortably. Great quality materials, lovely colour (pink) and it also works well with cold drinks too. It started to leak in December ! Gutted! Did not last!

The mug is lovely and keeps hot drinks hot for a great time. However, the lid clasp is faulty and keeps coming undone which is really annoying.

Great product. We have tried many cups and all of them have leaked even when supposed to be leak proof. These are perfect no leaks, easy to hold and fit into the car cup holders perfectly. Possibly only keeps drinks warm for about 3 hours but not a problem. Would buy them again

For the price I paid this is ridiculously good value considering that back in the US a similar item would cost $30. As I noticed here on the British site as well. This thing really does not spill It's a reasonable size at 12 ounces and at least it's not being offered by some hustle person at 300% markup. Getting a second one to take back with me. Love it. Absolutely love it

I bought this mug because nowadays you get a 50ct discount if you buy coffee outdoors - but I didn't expect how much I love drinking from this thing. It's now my favorite cup in the house! I also drink tea with it, as it keeps it warm for much longer so the 'nice hot tea' window is way bigger than before. I used to have to reheat my tea or coffee, and now I only use this at home.
