Extremely impressed! It’s always refreshing to see a company who takes so much pride in their product line! I was hesitant to purchase such an item on line however after reading so many positive reviews I decided to give it a go. This bike is for my daughter who’s turning 12 in a few days. The bike arrived by prime in 2 days as promised and the packaging was near perfect for its size and weight. I would normally wait for my husband to assemble however I had a free afternoon and decided I’d try it myself. From start to finish I assembled her bike in 40 min. Everything was perfect! The care they took to wrap and protect every component, the easy to read step by step instructions, all the required tools included ( except the recommended automotive lubricant, thankfully my husband had some) and a few lovely extras including some beautiful postcards and a sticker that my daughter will love! I purchased the 1 speed (Teal) and I also purchased a black basket for the handlebars that I saw on others reviews...it’s a beautiful & mature looking bike, I can’t wait to see her reaction when she sees it!

Disclaimer: I actually bought the 26" Women's bike directly through the company website but I can only write Amazon review on the 24" that I bought by mistake (I got excited to finally see it in stock and didn't realize it was the 24" so I had to return it). First, when I purchased it was a pre-order due to being out of stock and it wouldn't ship until the end of August. It ended up arriving less than a week later! The same thing also happened to my friend so don't be discouraged by the estimated ship date, you might be pleasantly surprised. It took about 20 minutes to assemble and was fairly easy. The bike is well made for the price point. Very pleased with my purchase.

I love the color – and the instructions were super easy to understand! All of the parts were boxed and labeled in the order they were needed – and everything made sense. I especially love that they include instructions on how to know if your seat is in the Right position- how your leg should be angled to make sure you have a comfortable ride (with pictures!)I was a little concerned that the instructions referenced things like a rear reflector and gives instructions for brakes – but none of those parts were found. But then I realized, they were already in place on the bike! The rear reflector was on the rack, just what should be – and the brakes were already installed. Super easy!

I love the bike and the color. Directions on final assembly are easy to follow. It rides smoothly. However, after putting it all together I notice one of the handlebar grip has about a 3/4” slit. I am sure I will have to replace that soon. I would have given it a 5star If I hadn’t noticed the tear. Otherwise, everything is great about it!

So far this bike looks to be a great deal! I love the smaller size, which is great for me since I am only 5 ft. The bike came in great condition and was easy to put together. I haven't really gotten to ride it yet since it is way too hot outside right now (Arizona). I only hope that it functions and lasts for years to come.
