Feel good 💯 / working
Feel more energetic,More stress less, and feel more energetic all the mean like better performance. Really very very good product. I use with milk some time I use also with water. I use 4 day not 7 days. Twice a day. Total 18 times I consume. Reasult are amazing.

Very poor quality
Very poor quality toran. The material feels flimsy and cheap, threads were already coming out, and the decoration looked badly finished. Colors faded within days and it didn’t look aesthetic at all. Completely overpriced for what was delivered. Would not recommend.

Simply Superb
I am writing this review after using it for almost 15+ days, and the result is amazing. I am a diabetic patient and was feeling low energy with fatigue all the day specially in the morning till day time. After using this upakram shilajit, I feel like I got a new life. I am full of energy all the time (I take this shilajit with little honey empty stomach in the morning only). Due to the nature of my IT job even if I sleep late night and taking this shilajit in the morning I feel like I am rejuvenated full day. Obviously one has to take little extra care to reduce the stress as well to get its 200% result Thank you Upakarma !! kudos

Quantity is not upto the mark.
I have used this for a month. There are no significant effects felt after a usage one month. I liked the taste because it resembles very much with the taste of coffee. It is in semi liquid form. Not solid at all. Its texture is like thick condensed milk. The gold particles go vanish after 15-16 days. They stick to the spoon too. The covering was not appropriate fitting as it often fell down into the bottle from one side. No negative effects were observed. It certainly don't do what it says in advertisement.

Great product but not a lot of it.
When I got my shipment I couldn’t wait to try it. I open it up which I bought the 20 gram size, and it was only less than half full. Very disappointed. Contacted the seller and I’ve heard nothing from him.
