Have not had this for a long time, but so far find this a well-made product. I have had a similar product, but without the ratchet. I I like the ratchet. The only thing I would like, if possible, is a larger distance between the two sewn ribbons as this would make the useful diameter of the mop larger.

Sturdy, but terrible absorbency. It simply won't absorb excess water on the floor - it just pushes it around. Going back to a cotton mop.

I love the new design. I had to replace my old one because the hand ringer snapped. But it lasted almost 10 years. I hope this one lasts as long. With the extra mop head, a good value.
