This actually works. I did take myself off if it for a month to see if there were changes. I would recommend to just do it periodically. Just like everything else; watch your body response and no excess. would purchase again fast shipping

Saw Improvement Over Time, Worth Continuing
I started taking these supplements because I was dealing with an eye issue and wanted to support my eye health. After taking them consistently for about three months, I noticed that the issue I was experiencing had resolved, which I was really pleased with. I’ve also felt a noticeable improvement in my overall energy levels since adding these to my routine. The only downside for me is the aftertaste. Occasionally, about 10 minutes after taking them, I notice a lingering burp flavor. It’s not ideal, but it hasn’t been a dealbreaker.
