Can’t really complain - it’s a lot of TV for £279. Picture is sharp, smart TV features are all there and it was very simple to set up. Looks great with super slim border and stylish mounting feet. I have a real problem with the sound. It’s super tinny and no amount of messing about with the EQ settings makes any difference. A decent soundbar will undoubtedly fix the problem but all of a sudden this TV isn’t so much of a bargain.

Honestly wasn't expecting much, just needed a replacement. But for £250 this television is unbelievable, picture quality, features and ease of use. Even the gaming modes are brilliant would 💯 recommend

Very clear. Good for the money

Just some very interesting advice from the manufacturer after contacting them because the TV has developed a black spot on the screen the size of a coin. The TV is less than a year old and this is their response, without inspecting the TV in person, just a few photos and video I sent them. Dear Alberto, We have carefully reviewed your case once again. Please be advised, proof of purchase that you have provided to us is dated way back to 14 January 2025. If the TV was purchased month ago we will reconsider this as foreign material behind the matrix panel, otherwise this is considered by the warranty document as "Defect caused by the attack of the household pest", so this type of defect is not covered by manufacturer's warranty. Since the appliance was bought a more then half year ago, please understand that we can't accept this complaint as manufacturing defect. Please use this email as our final answer for this reclamation. Thank you for your understanding. Kind regards, I guess I’m going to have a word with the “household pests”… unbelievable… I guess we will have to assume when you buy a Hisense product you be ready to buy a replacement within the year, shocking customer service. Or you could cellotape all around every ventilation hole on the TV and then when it overheats they won’t be able to claim the household pests have decided to move in inside your TV…

Tv is absolutely amazing for the price stunning picture on my games console and movies and tv definitely worth the money my only complaint is the length of delivery 6 days is way to long for a premium delivery
