This tasted good & helped with my gut, just sucked that it didn’t last long because it had so many healthy benefits & more of those important mushrooms.

This seemed to put this earthy girl in a mellow mood and did not have a bad taste. I purchased it for general health and well being. I mixed it into a cacao drink that I make that tastes like a treat, but is actually very healthy. I am excited to see what I can add it to, in the future (soups & smoothies, perhaps). I plan to repurchase. If I could think of anything that was disappointing it would be that it developed rather hard clumps before I even finished the canister. I have it in a cool, dark place, so not sure why it did that. Now, I have to bang it on the counter and try to break up the clumps before each use...Also, I noticed that this photo features a sealable pouch. Perhaps, they received some feedback on the clumps and transitioned to the pouch in order to prevent this issue. It includes a great variety of beneficial mushrooms... all of the ones that I was interested in trying. I ordered this again and still is in a round canister, not the pouch that is shown. Still has clump issue. I sure wish they would FIX this!!! Pain in the rear to use clumpy product towards the last 10 or so scoops. Otherwise, great product.

This is one of my favorite mushroom blends to put in my coffee. I use 1 scoop every day, sometimes twice :) I feel like it helps me with focus, calm, & softens the blow from caffeine (I only drink organic half-caff, which also helps a lot) It also mixes well in hot cocoa, most teas, and many foods. It has a subtle earthy flavor. Cons: I wish it came in a larger size especially for the price- this one is expensive, especially compared to a few other brands.

I really like the taste of this product, but it is too expensive for me. After purchasing a few times, I ended up buying just the mushroom mix and adding it to my morning green tea. Much less expensive

I used to be able to buy the little packets of this through Whe Foods but can now only find this online. It mixes well with coffee and helps me to stay regular. But buying it in the bulk form (if you can say 2 oz is bulk) it is way expensive for daily use for me. If the price would be more competitive I would consider regular daily use.

My naturopath recommended the mushroom coffee mix to me. It's very expensive and I used it for quite a few months to aid with recovery from a brain injury. But I lost my job and I could not afford it. Looking through the Four Sigmatic products on Amazon, I came across this two ounce can of mixed mushrooms. It worked even better than the mushroom and coffee mix when used according to directions. Immediately after drinking it mixed with my coffee I feel more alert and have a sense of well being. I think it adds a nice earthiness to the taste of the coffee. That little two-ounce can does last a month. In addition, even though it is double the price of the mushroom coffee mix (Lion's Mane), a package of the coffee-mushroom mix lasts ten days and the can lasts a month. So per serving, it is much less expensive. The mushroom mix contains a number of types of mushrooms, and so I feel that I am getting more benefits with this mix. I highly recommend this product.

I have been using Four Sigmatic (super hero) defend blend to help combat chronic fatique for years now and I swear by it. It's the only thing that helps me get through my day. It's cheaper than some recommended medications with no side effects. I usually put one scoop into a cup of coffee in the morning to get a boost of energy, then another scoop in my smoothie which breaks down slower in my system, giving me energy throughout the day. I went from dealing with narcoleptic spells to being able to enjoy my life again. I've never had any complaints about serving size or cost, because it's been a life saver! However.. I feel the need to comment on the continued adjustments to their servings and packaging.. I loved their original tin containers and loathed when they started sending out plastic scoops with their product. These plastic spoons are just awful and make me grumble everytime. They collect clumped up powder. You have to go digging for them in the containers each time you use it, wasting any extra powder by getting it stuck on your hands or under your nails because the dried mushrooms react to the smallest amounts of moisture. You can run your hands together to try and get some of the product back in the container, but more than likely it's washed off in the sink. This stuff is GOLD to me, so even the smallest waste irritates me. And now they've change the scoop size and serving portion.. I suffer from serious brain fog, so a lot of my activities are set up routinely so I don't throw off my day. If the serving size changes and I don't notice, my day can go from good to bad real fast. I have a health condition where I have to monitor my heart, and if I accidentally overdose my coffee and my smoothie because I don't look at their suggested portions each time, I'm screwed.. I don't assume others deal with this same frustration, but I would love it if Four Sigmatic could ditch the plastic, sell us a branded starter container with a metal spoon and a bag full of powder, so we don't waste our money purchasing irrelvent items, and just add the freakin' serving size to the package. Not 1 or 2 "scoops" but real servings like 2 "teaspoons". Then I can set up monthly purchases for a replacement bag (hopefully eco-friendly) and determine how much of the supplement I want daily. I don't want to speak for others, but as it stands for me, I'm a grown a** woman who is lucky enough to be blessed with the ownership of serving spoons, so I don't need all these protein and supplement companies supplying me with more things to recycle! It would be super radical to see one of these companies finally grasp that concept and stabalize their product..

Es wundert ja schon, wenn auf der Verpackung vermerkt ist, dass der Bleigehalt evtl hoch ist... Habe diese Mischung zwei, drej mal nur genommen. Wie ich es von anderen Mischungen kenne - im Kaffee. Mein Magen hat jedesmal mit spürbarer Übelkeit reagiert. Nach zwei Tagen, hat mein Körper mit einem Ausschlag reagiert am kompletten Körper. Das gab es bisher noch nie. Ob sich um eine Reishi Dermatitis handelte, die aber dann normalerweise anders aussieht, oder andere Verunreinigungen vorlagen, werde ich wohl nie erfahren. Ich hatte so etwas jedoch noch nie zuvor und dieses Produkt geht direkt in den Müll.

Geschmack ist echt Eckelhaft.
