I put it in my spinach shakes. Dissolves well, tasteless.

The packaging is easy to use and store the MCT. Seems as fresh as the day i opened it. Mixes well with liquids and a small whip. Comes with a little scoop so you know how much to use. I just reordered it.

This has no taste that I can detect. Great way to get some MCT into your diet. It doesn't dissolve in coffee all that well, but a good stir should get it somewhat incorporated. If you have a little frothing device, that's the perfect way to stir it in.

Love to add to my morning coffee. It keeps me full longer and I feel energized. Dissolves easily!

Overall, I was not a fan of this product. I tried it because it was cheaper than the one I normally buy, but it was a lot smaller, so ended up being more expensive, based on the size. This one didn't have any flavor, nor did it add creaminess to my coffee like the brand I normally get. Also, every time I used this, it would make the inside of mouth feel weird. It felt like there was some sort of film in my mouth and kind of made my mouth numb. The good thing about it is that it does dissolve easily.

Perfect size to travel with.
