It WORKs, and WORKS well !!
Works perfectly, right out of the box. I've experienced absolutely NO compatibility problems, whatsoever, with either BootMod3 or Bimmer Code - both connected immediately, without issue on my 840i - more than I can say for a couple of other vendor's products. Modestly priced, and it WORKs - what more can I/we ask? A solid "5-star" product !!

Multi purpose, great quality cables
I used this to code my BMW using BootMod3 and BimmerCode with my iPhone 15 pro. Worked great, no issues and it fits nicely in my trunk if I want to make changes on the fly. Also, the dongle works for my computer(windows) for internet connectivity that performs better than WiFi

Set up Ethernet tethering when establishe connection
It's wasn't working in the beginning, but after some digging for android user you need to follow these steps: 1. Connect the ENET cable with your Android device using an appropriate USB to Ethernet adapter. 2. Connect the cable to the OBD port in the footwell on the driver side in the car. 3. Enable the Airplane mode on the Android device. 4. Enable “Ethernet tethering“ in the Android settings (“Settings“ > “Connections“ > “Mobile Hotspot and Tethering“ > “Ethernet tethering“). 5. Open the settings in the BimmerCode app and make sure the correct adapter type is selected. 6. Tap “Connect” on the start screen in the BimmerCode app.

Doesn’t work with bimmercode
It is supposed to work with bimmercode as a enet, but the cord would not connect to app. I tried everything. Returning. Don’t buy for bimmercode **edit, product works. Make sure to put car in diagnostic mode first, then put your phone on airplane mode, and then enter app.

Works really well.
I have yet to use it with my phone but hard wired into the pc it worked just fine. I haven't tested the adapter but what I did use worked great.

BimmerCode works well
Works well with BimmerCode. the adapter was just a little too “snug” or tight to my OBD input in my car. So just put it on, but dont shove it on, or youll have a hard time slipping it off. Overall works great for coding my car
