I have had some success with this supplement from the first time I took it. I have found that it takes two capsules to work for me. That does make it a little expensive, but it is definitely worth it for me. I just feel more awake and I begin to move smoothly within 30 minutes of taking them. Not jittery or anything like that. I think that my levels are low in the AM and this supplement seems to bring me up to normal.

This didn't have any noticeable effect whatsoever. It required three products. TMG, NAD+ Complete, and Energizer AM. I bought and took them all as directed for a month and it didn't provide any effect at all. I was horribly disappointed, they can't be returned so a month of taking them reliably was a waste of time and about $175. Now I must figure out how to end the subscription before they send me more.

This is an interesting blend of things, but FYI, only 150 mg of that is hesperidin itself. The other ingredients are trans-resveratrol (65mg) and green tea extract (35mg). This makes the hesperidin count lower than in the brand I typically take for a certain thing I have. There are a couple other inactive ingredients, including passion flower extract. I’m not sure why it’s there. I mean, I like passion flowers, and I’m trying to train a vine in my yard right now. I would like to know what it accomplishes in the supplement though and why it would be better than picking it out of my yard. I do enjoy foraging though, so I’m typically a hard sell on any manufactured supplement that already grows in my yard for free. Maybe I should be asking that about the resveratrol, since I have a good crop of grape vines too. At any rate, if you don’t mind the low dose of hesperidin, this seems like a solid mix of a few things you may be wishing to supplement with anyway.

I found this product interesting & did some basic research. Other than the obvious great things about these supplements, such as being made and distributed in the USA. I had no idea what 'Liposomal' anything meant. And since all of the nutritionals in this supplement are liposomal, I wondered what that meant. So it looks like Liposomal supplements are packaged in fat cells that can improve absorption and shelf-life. Sounds pretty good. Now, what is Hesperidin good for? Another new one to me. Well apparently it is a bioflavonoids that may help blood vessels function better and reduce inflammation. Sound great! Trans-resveratrol? This is one of the molecule structures of resveratrol, with cis-resveratrol being the other. Trans- resveratrol is deemed to have the greater biological activity of the two isomers. They say the health benefits of trans-resveratrol are widespread and prevents cell damage and helps sustain health. OK... sounding pretty amazing here. So I am thinking the Green tea extract is providing the energy as it does contain caffeine. But when researching I also learned that it is also high in antioxidants and plant compounds called catechins. There is a study that states taking a 379(mg) daily dose of green tea extract can help improve blood pressure and cholesterol numbers. Interesting. So, this supplement is looking pretty incredible. The only thing that could make it better is if it were third party tested and organic. I found that this supplement did seem to help my overall mood. I felt I could easily take on the day with just enough energy to help me get moving. At the current price of $48 a bottle, I think it is out of my price range.

I have been taking this as prescribed on the bottle and find that my energy levels are a little more consistent and level. But minimally. Generally, I feel calmer and therefore more focused in day to day stuff. This is a 2-month supply where you get 60 doses where you take one a day. I am not familiar with the ingredients and have not researched their efficacy, but I have not noticed any side effects either.

Although the dosage of hesperidin might seem low compared to some other supplements containing that ingredient, the liposomal delivery probably leads to a far higher bioavailability compared to other hesperidin supplements. The same goes for the coQ10 ubiquinone form. Although I'd usually choose ubiquinol for its better absorption, ubiquinone in the liposomal form may be just as effective as ubiquinol, or at least close to it. I'm unsure why this supplement contains passion flower extract under other ingredients instead of saying how much passion flower extract it contains. Maybe it's a very small amount and serves some other purpose besides what people usually take passion flower for. This supplement shows 3rd party testing results in the item photos but the results are from 2022. I'd like to see more recent results to truly trust the testing. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt for now. These are easy to take with a serving size of just one capsule and I haven't noticed any odor or taste when taking them.

I really like the value you get for your money with this product due to its great quality. I can physically feel the difference when I don’t take it. It is fast acting and does not give me any jitters. I also like that is liposomal so it is more bio available so it’ll actually absorb better in the body I have not experienced any aftertaste and the size is that of a standard gel capsule.

I occasionally feel like my body could use a boost, which is why I decided to try this product. This product is packaged neatly in gel capsules, which makes it very easy to take (as they are also not too big). Interestingly, the product has a greenish flecked appearance inside the capsules. That's likely the result of the green tea component. I had no gastrointestinal issues while taking this product; also, no flavor transferred outside of the capsule, so it is easy to take. I will say, though, that it would be a hard sell to convince me to take this product on a continuing basis, given its current price of $59.95 for only 60 capsules (though that is a two month supply). But if this is what you need to give your body a boost, it might be worth a try. - Also, I suggest you read the LAST image in the product description, as it shows the actual breakdown of the components of this product, as certified by an independent laboratory.
