I’m actually really impressed with how well these Zyrtec 24 Hour Allergy Relief Tablets work. I’ve struggled with indoor and outdoor allergies for years, and most other brands either make me feel super groggy or just don't kick in fast enough. With these, I take one in the morning and I’m good for the entire day—no more constant sneezing or itchy eyes. The 90-count bottle is a great value, and the 3 single-dose travel packs were a nice surprise; they’re perfect for keeping in my car or bag just in case. If you're someone like me who can't go a day without an antihistamine or you'll get the sniffles, this bulk pack is definitely the way to go.

These tablets do a solid job keeping Texas spring pollen under control. During peak season — when everything is covered in that yellow dust — they noticeably helped with runny nose, sneezing, and itchy eyes. It’s not a miracle cure, but it definitely takes the edge off and makes being outside much more manageable. Relief lasts through the day, which is important when pollen levels are constantly high. I didn’t notice much difference in effectiveness compared to other versions — it works as expected and is reliable during the worst of allergy season. The only reason for four stars instead of five is personal preference. The tablets work fine, but I still prefer the gelcaps — they’re just easier for me to take. Overall, if you’re dealing with brutal Texas pollen, this is a dependable option that helps you get through it without feeling miserable.

I have used Zyrtec for years! I was introduced to it by a really good friend and have used it ever since. Although Benedryl works; it literally knocks me out for hours and I still wake up groggy. For some reason, Claritin doesn’t work well for me. I use this antihistamine mainly for itching because I am allergic to many things. It’s expensive so if I can, I use generic but it’s the filler that’s different between the generic brands.

The only allergy medicine that works for me and I'm allergic to cats and dogs and have always had at least two to five of each plus Fosters. One time a day at night and Flonase as needed and this girl will always have her pets.
