They work exactly as designed. My daughter is learning how to do her back handspring and these are helping so much.

My gymnasts use these on the bars when doing tap swings. It has helped girls that struggle to keep their legs together. We just strap them around their knees.

This are much better then the name brand ones! I one of these and one of the name brand ones to compare. The name brand was one pair for $26 and these were two pairs for $11 a much better deal. These ones were also a little bit bigger so they fit around older girls feet and shoes better. My only note is to be aware if you are on a mat you will stick to the mat a bit which is not something I thought of before purchasing but doesn't seem to be too big of a deal. I plan to purchase more packs!

I thought this would work great for my daughter, however they do not. When she was trying to use them the stick to the carpet and when she was doing a walking hand stand her feet wouldn’t really stick together and yes she had the correct ones on her feet.
