I love the new controller from Jebao. I'm running this in an SPS dominant Waterbox 15. At 35% in random mode, I have solid flow throughout the display without coating everything in sand. It's a small aquarium, but the size is unobtrusive for the amount of flow I'm getting from it. I opted for the ELW-10 over the ELW-5 for more headroom in the future when the Acropora grows in and I have to up the flowrate. I will say the app is...frustrating. I didn't even consider an app when I purchased this, but I decided to try it since it's an option. I have no idea how to get it to work, aside from the ability to turn the pump off and on. Again, the included controller is probably the best feature of this pump, so it doesn't bother me. If app control is a deciding factor for you, this one isn't the right choice. For the price, I'm very happy with my purchase.

15g AIO Reef Aquarium Kit came with a sicce voyager nano 1000L/H - not controllable and was a little strong. Tried a hygger mini wave maker, way too strong at the lowest flow setting. Now to this, it's working the best so far. Not sure about longevity yet as I've just had it a week but definitely met what i was looking for

Very difficult to program. Had to contact customer service and get a video for the set up. Even 30% is still incredibly strong for my 30g tank. Programs are nice. Very quiet.

I purchased two of these, and one pump failed after 3 months. Don’t buy unless you are okay with replacing them every 3 months.

La bomba funciona bien, sin embargo los magnetos son débiles, en mi tanque con cristal templado de 1 cm., la bomba no puede sostenerse, fue necesario adaptar una mexicanada reforzándolos con un imán más potente desde el exterior del tanque (de un limpia vidrio qué tenía en desuso). Para evitar confusiones, en las especificaciones del poroducto deberían aclarar la capacidad el magneto.

So far so good and I'm happy with the flow for about a quarter of the price of the nero 5 that burned out on me.

This wave maker pump is awesome. Works great to keep water moving and keeps detritus from settling and accumulating.

Came missing controller, not pleased very disappointed very unsure what to do. Rtn shipping is somewhat complicated.
