Good for small space
It is very suitable for small spaces, and you can move it anywhere you need it. Fans offer various speed settings, typically ranging from low to high. I put it on my work desk, and when I feel hot, it makes me feel cool.

Freezer pods drain gelatinous liquid
I’m no chemist so this could be normal, but I doubt it. I added water to the freezer pods and emptied them a few days later after they’d thawed. Instead of water coming back out, it was a warm, gelatinous substance. Like the plastic leeched off the casing.Not only that, but ignore the reviews about this cooling down a small room. I wasn’t expecting results an AC unit would give but was hoping for a degree or two. This made absolutely zero difference. All this is is a fan the size of a mini-fridge.

It works just fine!
If you buy one and when pouring water in it you get mushy like liquid ask for return, that happened to me and they replaced it and my second one works just fine! 4 stars just because the annoyance of having to return and wait more time, but product is a 5 star!

Returning
Can’t see the water level in the tank , it has a place to show it but you just can’t see the level of the water, so returning it.,

Stopped working
It worked fine last summer. Put it in my closet for winter and just took it back out for this summer. The evaporative cooling feature stopped working (the water in the tank doesn’t cycle up to the top where the ice packs are). It has become a very large fan which isn’t what I purchased it for. Very disappointing especially given the high price.
