I’m on a GLP1 and I was worried about hair loss. My hair is long and very fine. I started using Routine Wellness (Lilac and Winter Rose) March 3rd, and two months later I’m seeing minimal hair loss, my hair feels wonderful, it feels thicker, it’s still clean the second day, and the split ends and dry ends are gone. This shampoo/conditioner changed my hair game. My hair is very fine, mats easily, and used to require a fair amount of shiner/product. This photo- I washed it yesterday and just blow dried it. It’s not styled at all. There is absolutely NO extra product in it right now. Not even shiner. My hair looks and feels healthier than ever. It’s crazy I don’t even have to put product in it before drying it. It’s so soft always. Also the shampoo I think it is-doesn’t smell the best. One of them smells really chemically but the other one smells good. I think shampoo is chemically and conditioner good but I can’t remember. It doesn’t really bother me since it does wonders on my hair. My hair will have pretty significant matting and I’ll put this conditioner in and the mats will just fall out just with finger combing. It’s a miracle! I love this stuff so much.

I’m pleased with the feel of my hair after using this shampoo and conditioner. It feels so soft and not dried out at all. The fragrance is light and lovely. I’m giving four stars only as I haven’t used the shampoo and conditioner long enough to know whether it will help my thinning hair.

I am on a GLP-1 and lost over 100lbs. I started noticing more and more hair on my clothes, in my brush, and in the shower drain. It was awful. I searched for hair products that would help and came across Routine. I've been using the shampoo and conditioner for about a month and my hair has never been healthier. I bought the coconut and vanilla and it smells so good. I'm seeing less and less hair in the drain and will continue to use it. It makes my hair incredibly soft too.

Excellent product, and my favorite light and natural aroma. Really has slowed the shedding and safe enough to use every day. Massage shampoo into scalp 3 min and finger conditioner through hair, not scalp 3 min. Expensive though.

Great product, smells good, hair feels clean and not oily but leaves a nice shine. Haven't noticed my hair thickening or extra hair growth.

I had a baby 1 month ago and bought this to combat PP hair loss as much as I can. Typically PP hairloss doesnt hit until close to month 3, so I am trying to get ahead of the curve and get my hair extra healthy now. I purchased the lavender and cedar. I LOVE the scent, it is very strong, long lasting and herbacious. For me, those are good things, but if you are scent sensitive, this may not be for you. The lather of the shampoo is good, I can tell it really targets buildup. The conditioner feels thick and decadent and makes my hair feel thicker and smoother. I have very curly hair, this does not negatively impact my curls. For now, 4 stars, as I dont see any new growth yet but I am hopeful.

Really lovely shampoo and conditioner, I bought the rose hip one which smells amazing. I read previous reviews that hair was quite tangled and very hard to brush I haven’t found that at all, in fact my hair was easier to brush and style. It’s to early to tell if it will help with hairfall but my hair definitely feels softer and shiny .

I was a little skeptical when I was trying to decide on a shampoo and conditioner that was going to help my scalp and my hair. I have tried so many kinds for my itchy dry scalp, from Head and shoulders to Nizoral. But this stuff makes my hair feel great. I have used it twice this week my hair looks great, feels great, my scalp feels amazing. I don't know if it's menopausal or what, but my scalp has been dry and itchy. I've been cleaning my brush out twice a week and there's so much hair, feels like my hair is thinning. I have lots of fine hair and it's curly but I do blow dry it on occasion. I have noticed after only two shampoos in the last week,plus blow dries, combing and brushing. I have brown hair but I do get highlights put in. It's gentle for color treated and highlighted hair. There is less in the brush. I gave this product a shot after reading many many reviews and posts. And I have to say I love it and I will be purchasing more. If you're on the shelf trying to figure out if you should try it I highly recommend that you do. You won't be disappointed just make sure you're getting the Routine Wellness because there is another brand out there called Routine.

I was skeptical, having used expensive salon brands for years, but this duo has significantly improved the moisture level of my hair, while keeping it balanced. My hair is softer, less frizzy and my curls are coming back. I have about 30% grey wavy and fine stands.

Psoriasis and menopause…double whammy! I now alternate each wash with TGel one wash, then Routine shampoo & conditioner the next and I have stopped losing hair, and have regrowth. I was starting to think I’d be bald soon, having already had thin hair my whole life. Worth the investment!
