Pros: Multiple attachments and power settings ranging from low, medium, high and super high. Suction cups on bottom of machine to keep stable on your bathroom counter top. Weightless. Decent size. Great price for machine that gets the job done! Not too loud. Cons: Attachment case is flimsy. Cord could be slightly longer. Needs to be plugged in, in order to use. Cord does not detach from machine. Machine is not chargeable. Comfort: Easy to set up & use. Overview: If you do not care for the look or brand name this works mostly likely just as well as a more expensive alternative with a popular brand name.

Works great! Great pressure, lots of tools, pro quality. I was worried I was not going to be able to replace my medical grade one that is no longer available -discontinued, but this one here is right at the top of what I've seen out there so far. Very good product! Impressive.

Mostly all pros. This flosser works well; it's compact, which I like for storing. You can definitely clean all of your teeth on one full tank. The pressure is good. I like how you can turn off the spray with a button on the handle. The water flosser comes with a variety of piks, 4 of which are the same regular daily-use style, but with 4 different colorbands. I imagine that's good for families. I like it because I've read that you should replace for clean new ones after 6 months or so, so I'll try to use one for 6 months, throw it out and move on to the next color. I did try the orthodontics one, and the tongue scraper. They work fine, but I'm probably only going to use one until it needs to be disposed of. I don't have the patience to be cleaning and drying multiple s which involves standing them upright in a cup lined with clean paper towels and shaking them periodically for days. I am unsure if this manufacturer sells replacement piks, something that I'll check into at a later date. I'll update when I do find out. I like how the head swivels. The cord stays coiled and compact. The price was right. My only complaint is that the case for all the different piks doesn't click shut and I've dropped the case and all of the piks fell out a few times, necessitating cleaning and thoroughly drying all of the piks. It would be nice if it would snap shut for transport, not to mention to keep them clean and protected from all the inadvertent waterpik spray. Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Excellent product

I've always used the top selling brand. It finally died. Comments about that brand say it isn't what it used to be. The quality has dropped but not the price. So I took a chance on a much less expensive brand. This Boston tech may not last 10 years (but who knows, it could). Meanwhile, it works like a charm. I like the size, tank color, and the water pressure. I run it on 9 to 10 (high) pressure.

Excellent for gums

Lid to the top of the water vessel is supposed to store all your nozzles in it, but they don’t fit in properly. That is the first major downfall, which means it’s not good quality. It’s a compact size machine, which I like. The hose that goes from the machine to the handle is very stiff and I’m afraid it’s going to eventually crack and break off. That is the second major downfall. The water flow is good and it gets underneath my crowns which need to be flushed out after each meal so that bacteria does not grow there. This is all new to me as far as using a water flosser to get under my crowns. It protects my teeth from getting cavities and also my gum health. It’s a good value for the money if you can’t afford anything more expensive, but I’m afraid it’s going to break, so I might just send it back.

I was not happy with the delivery but this Waterpik is truly what I needed for better overall oral health. It’s durable. I received all the attachments. Easy to use. Noise level is tolerable. I’m happy I ordered this will come back with an actual review of the product.
