This is a lovely little book of stories…an intimate look at the everyday lives of people in Japan who all happen to be connected in some way to the Tenderness Convenience Store. Young people, old people, married people, single people. such a wonderful book i can relate to some of the stories/mirroring my life i caught myself crying ,got a new lease on my golden years,,truly wonderful story telling

You'll love it
Purchased on the strength of the reviews and I get hype, its a slice of life novel. Lots of different characters that you'll meet throughout the story. I'm still reading it, but its a good read. One of those books to read and lose yourself in.
