Honest, unpaid review here. I bought these because cupping increases blood circulation to the area where the cups are placed. Relieves muscle tension, which can improve overall blood flow and promote cell repair. Also helps form new connective tissues and create new blood vessels in the tissue. This set does the job, but are difficult to move around as they lose suction pretty quickly. They are perfect if you leave them in one spot. Be careful though they will bruise you quickly.

Great price and the suction is great for me at least and it is a bit intense when pulling it the cups off but that might be from me leaving them on for a good amount of time I am use to cupping hence me being a LMT I enjoy cupping so much the only thing I was not expecting was the size of the cups I expected them to be a little bit bigger but I have other big cups that I pair these with so it works out anyway! Delivery was fast. I recommend this for anyone with a love for cupping therapy!

The plastic is extremely too thick. Does not suction upon pressing the top and it doesn’t stick to the body like it should. Horrible quality and highly inefficient for massage therapists… honestly for anyone looking to learn cupping. They aren’t comfortable to hold or press either. Just got them and will immediately be sending them right back. This isn’t worth your money.

The smallest cups are not the most effective. But this is a super good kit! Easy to clean, and then we use cavicide for an hour dwell time to sanitize. You can tell it’s providing pain relief and we use it manually and static

This is my first ever set of cupping tools, and it is proving to be a great purchase. I have used them for various types of pain. I especially like them because I can easily control the level of suction. The silicone material is soft and flexible, yet able to apply as soft or as firm a grip as needed. Must use a good massage cream or other medium for adherence.
