Purchased these MANY times. Add it to any favorite drink and get a little pick ke up with no crash.

I've been using Gatorade Fast Twitch for a year or so. My stomach doesn't like carbonated drinks, so I wanted to get away from your standard energy drinks. Plus, I like how these are naturally colored. No artificial Blue 5 or Red 40 or whatever they're called (these use black carrot juice). I was getting the pre-bottled 12 packs of Gatorade Fast Twitch because buying in bulk lowered the overall cost, but when I discovered these powder packets, I thought I've give them a try because of the cost savings. I've been using these packets for about 4 months now, and I won't go back. The cost savings are totally worth it, and they're still convenient enough since they're pre-portioned. Just fill up a glass of water, a thermos, or a water cup if you're eating out, empty a packet and you have a great-tasting, non-carbonated, naturally-colored energy drink. PSA time: For those who are wondering, I drink somewhere around 3 of these a week. Just on the days when coffee isn't enough. I worry about the people out there who drink like 2 or 3 energy drinks a day. If you're one of those, seriously—talk to your doctor, please. This is coming from the heart. I know people who've had heart attacks at too young an age. But different body types can handle different amounts of caffeine. A heart doctor told me I can handle a cup of coffee and 1 energy drink a day, but I'm also 6'4" and 210 lbs. Ask your doctor what you can handle.

The taste of this is okay. I like all the other flavors better, however. This stuff should be called cool purple instead of cool blue because they're just dip purple. It works as expected. It's not bad but I definitely like all the other flavors much better.

Amazing as usual. On subscribe and save and has been great until this last purchase. Outer box arrived and Amazon bag completely in tact though one powder stick inside product box had a hole in it and was emptied out in box. Amazon bot offered full refund for the box. <3 Thank you!
