Great while in keto , nice taste, not overpowering. I actually prefer it quite weak, but you can make it stronger by adding more. Dissolved well. My 2nd box and will be buying more.

Energy boost for fasted people.
I never give 5 stars on a product but this goes closer to 4.5 out of 5. The best electrolytes i have ever used... If you do water fasting for a few days and you do not have energy when you drink this you will feel like you ate but you did not!

Steer clear
Probably the worst supplement I’ve ever ordered from anywhere. Upon opening the tub it smelt like methane. Not to be deterred I mixed up 1 scoop in 1litre as recommended. The taste was about as good as the smell, tasted very artificial and chemically as other reviews have stated (should have listened to them). After forcing down a litre of the mixture I’ve since had a headache for the past 24 hours which is a rare occurrence. Suffice to say the whole lot has gone in the bin. Gross.
