The first product sent to me was defective, however it was replaced without any delay. The new one delivered is good and working as expected. It's a daily use product and performs aptly.

Within 1 year, the sensors are not working. The technicians said they do not have the sensors and fixed it in manual mode, which is risky for the product and the user.
