So I swear A LOT. I mean A LOT. It’s embarrassing. I am only 39 and I don’t have any other sign of menopause except that and brain fog. So not sure if I am even going through the early stages or not. I have tried so many products to help relieve hot flashes and night sweats. I do notice a difference while using this product, but it seems that no matter what product I use, I still have intervals of inconsistency. Some days I get no hot flashes or very little, and then randomly on some days it's like I'm not taking anything. For the most part, I do like these, but it would be nice to find a product that helps consistently. I may have to combine products, but I would rather take one brand that does it all, if there is such a product.
