I enjoy this very much. I can work on every part of my body and I don't need anything else. I sweat and I can def. feel it working. Easy to use, the quality is very nice and I even took it on vacation.

I was actually very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this item considering the price. Have found some great videos on youtube to use with the equipment. The hand and feet straps are easy to use, comfortable, and stay in place even when barefoot. The only negative I can say is the bar has a length adapter which I have no idea whether I need to adjust or not, it should have better instructions on proper length. Otherwise this is one of my better purchases on Amazon and I would definitely recommend!

I’ve been using my Pilates bar for almost a month now and absolutely love it! It’s easy enough to use while still getting a great workout! The only reason I gave 4/5 was because a lot of instructors on YouTube have you roll the bar to get more resistance and the straps don’t roll well.

These work! I have been using them for about a week and already notice a difference. It is easy to use and has the perfect amount of resistance. I highly recommend for anyone who wants to build up strength without going to the gym.

Bar is great, I love it. The only thing that’s an issue is where you attach the bands to the bar. The attachment is so long and it’s not easy to wind up if you make the resistance harder. I do wish there were some videos that went along with it. YouTube has helped though.

I had a Pilates bar already so I wasn’t sure about getting another one but I am so glad I did! I can change out the resistance bands, I can use more than one at a time, I can use it around a door or other sturdy item! I get so many more uses out of this one! My teenage son started using it too!! Really enhanced my workouts!!

I didn't have high expectations for this but it surely exceeded any that I did have. Its small and compact so you can take it anywhere. It has held up well for several months now. Love being able to take it with me when Im traveling to get a little work out in.

The set is everything you need for an effective home workout. The large poster with exercises was a great addition. I am ordering this again for my sister.

Optisch gefällt es mir sehr gut. So macht das Training gleich noch mehr Spaß. Auch die Fußschlaufen sind weit genug für meine Beine! Sollten die Bänder eines Tages porös werden - ich würde es wieder kaufen.
