no carb crash!
I love a little afternoon pick me up and these are so good! I normally have trek/nature valley bars but the sugar crash after always leaves me so sleepy and drowsy but these bars don't do that due to their low carb count. theyre yummy and i love the little choc chips. theyre a bit chewy in texture, like a bit more moist than a nakd bar, so they take a while to eat which is good for feeling more satisfied

Best Keto bar on the market
Chocolate Sea Salt 3/5 Tastes strange... The initial bite has a chemical taste on the tongue for a brief moment before tasting like a chocolate brownie. Almond 5/5 Tastes great. Nothing negative about this one. These bars won't leave you bloated (unless you eat like 3-5 of them a day!) and will satisfy cravings. Possibly the heslthiest low sugar high fat/protein keto bar on the market. Supermarkets alternatives will like have poor ingredients (bad sweeteners and oils).

I have bought and rebought these. Haven’t seen them in the shops but great for a healthy snack when hunger strikes and you are on the go. Love they are low carb! Not oversweetened

Really tasty and satisfying.
I have tried other keto friendly bars but I found these by far the best.I have ordered them again and again...in all flavors,I tend to eat them as a dessert after a main meal or just a snack before bed! I highly recommend these bars,they are slightly crunchy and yet soft ,I have to restrict myself or I would eat too many!!
