Very nice variety of colors and the added in paint thinner and acrylic cleaner is nice. Sticks well to plastic figures except need varnish. Doesn’t leak or drip off material and so far seems resilient to any type if scratching with matte acrylic varnish

It’s a good set of inexpensive paints for a beginner if the buyer realizes that when it comes to paint you get what you pay for. The pigment is weak for modeling paint and it really shows when painting a dark color over a light substrate. Other paint brands are much higher quality but have a price to match. So this is something to consider before buying this brand.

I think these are solid paints. They come out of the bottle with a smooth consistency and don't really need any thinning. They have good coverage, and there's a decent amount of colors for a basic set. The set doesn't have metallics, so you might want to pick up the fantasy set if you want those as well. All in all I have to say I look forward to using these paints, and think they're great value for the pricepoint.

I've been painting miniatures for a little over a year now, I started with citadel paints and moved to Vallejo, and Army Painter. While each of those brands have their own pluses and minuses I feel that this particular set for the value was the best bet. The fact that it includes a thinner as well as a brush cleaner medium was a surprise to me. I was searching for a new set of paints with a varied color palette that wouldn't break my bank at this moment. There are some really good high cost high quality paint sets I would love to try, but like I said with a year of experience in it and I can definitely see that these are a nice clean vibrant quality. Using the thinning medium has changed the way I paint completely. Prior to that I was using water and thinned out paints and using multiple layers while I still use the multiple layer approach it is actually really well done using their included thinner. I'm very happy with this set and I'm looking at purchasing and expanded color line soon Great job.

Easy to use and good coverage. For the price, it's a great selection of colors for general hobby needs. The cap and neck design are the BEST I've found in dropper bottle style paints, and I've tried many brands. Virtually no build up of paint in the cap or on the neck of the bottle.

For RPG players and fanatics on a budget these are the paints for you so far they’ve worked for me on all type of RPG figures no bleeding tries fast. Just try to get a tray so you can mix the colors before you apply.
