No it does not. You have to purchase the Co2. Only place I could find was on Amazon.

Are these easy to swim in? Will they affect buoyancy? I’d like to use this while spearfishing.

I don't think they're meant to use for swimming, as they will inflate within a few seconds of being in the water.

Can this pfd be used for offshore sailing? there is a d ring on the pfd can be a harness to clip the tether to but this has 1 instead of 2 d rings

It appears that you could clip a safety line to the D ring. I however wouldn't use this for offshore sailing as it's a manual inflate (you have to pull the self-inflate tab vs. being water activated) model. If you are partially / fully incapacitated when you go into the water it's not going to inflate and won't do you much good. I bought the manual inflate version as I use it when flying and if I ditch into water, presuming I survive that, I don't want it to inflate while I'm still inside the plane and impede my egress. Also, I'm not sure that the life vest would be secure enough and not potentially come off / fail as would not be the case with a true safety harness.

A little heavier then I thought it should/would be. Comfortable for paddling. Very long strap so quite adjustable. A little hard to adjust after it’s on but for the price I would buy this again in a minute for paddling
