I usually don’t give products five stars, unless they are exceptionally good. My luteal phase has been consistently brutal for years. Almost to the point where I thought about going to the doctor because I thought I might have PMDD. Along with the mental and emotional lows I also experienced my face literally looking unrecognizable about a week before my period as well as feeling super bloated. I decided to try out these pills because it got to the point where my luteal phase was becoming actually unbearable and debilitating, mentally and emotionally. Ever since I started taking these pills, I can honestly say this is the first luteal phase where my will to live hasn’t devastatingly decreased, my face looks normal, I’m not bloated etc. I was so shocked at how well these worked. I am about nine days out from my period as I’m writing this and I genuinely feel like I’m in my follicular phase and coming from someone who has dealt with really harsh luteal phases that means a lot. I definitely am gonna make sure that I stay stocked up on these. They’re also fairly inexpensive. I’m very happy I found these.

I just received mine today. I usually use the “calming” option they have, but I’ve been very irritated all day and this started working almost immediately. I’m not sure why people are having issues with the taste, these are definitely bearable.

This product honestly shocked me! It helped with back pain so much. I have been taking Boiron Sleep and that works great for me. This is a great product. I would 10 out of 10 recommend! It is almost instant relief.

I have followed the recommended dosage for this past week but feel it is not enough and I dont want to take more. I instead am trying a vitamin supplement on top of this. The effect is not significant enough to say it has changed my life or anything like that. I have severe PMDD and have tried pretty much all pharmaceutical options that have given me nothing but horrible side effects. I have to say this product helps just a little bit but not 100 percent. It feels like a band aid that falls off and pms persists. This is on top of daily exercise and staying fit by eating healthy, none of that minimizes the PMS for me and glad that products like this exists, its just sadly not enough for my severe pms/pmdd. I do plan to give it more time but wanted to write review that for me it has not been a product that has immediate effect especially for mood changes in case that could help someone.

I don't personally use it, because I am post menopausal, but my daughter who has special needs (I have to be cautious about what I give her to) help her through her cycle! They are chewable, light sweet flavor and take effect within 10-15 minutes. This was an amazing find it helps her without having to give her what some would consider poisonous ingredients or stimulants in order to help her reduce the pain she experiences. Although I do not have a cycle, due to Medical hysterectomy, I had extreme pain, had to stay in bed 1-2 days, later they led to multiple issues, so I know that she is in a lot of pain and when I give her just a few Cyclease she feels so much better and no need to put her on anything prescription or OTC which contain a lot of ingredients that cause her sensory aggravation. She is 19 years old and I have been using them for the past 5 years again a little goes a long way sometimes I only give her two doses per day along with some Royal maca if it is a heavy flowing cycle. I highly recommend these for anybody in that population my niece even uses them now because there are no drowsy side effects or added caffeine, which cause feelings of panic, overwhelming fatigue, along with cramps, so they have been a lifesaver & I do like the brand too. BTW I'm picky & don't usually leave reviews. 😉
