Great Printer
This was my first time purchasing a DTF printer. Although it came with a manual and video instructions, it was still a bit confusing to set up. After I contacted customer service, they connected me to an engineer who walked me through the software setup step by step. Now I'm printing like a pro. Great printer! Five star customer support!

When I first received this printer, it had an issue with the ink tank. I was really disappointed and almost canceled the order. But the seller’s customer service went above and beyond! They sent me a brand new printer in record time and provided technical support until everything worked perfectly. Now my printer runs great and produces beautiful prints. I’m very satisfied — it was worth the initial stress because they truly made it right. Highly recommend this product and the seller!

Easy setup and amazing customer service!
Setup was easy but ran into issues as we are new to dtf printing. Jeremy assisted us and put us into the right track for perfect printing! A+ after sales support with the what’s app app. He was able to remotely adjust the settings and we are printing and making money!
