It worked great for me
I have many trees in front/back of the house. I needed a very long pole saw/cutter to reach branches way up there. This product worked as described. I was able to use the full 27-feet to get to some of the higher tree branches and cut thru branches. Each tube assembles very easily onto the next tube and locks into place. Un assembles just as easy. In the end, with the combination of the saw and cutter, I was able to cut so many branches. Some items to watch out for: 1. If you use all 27feet of tubing, it can get a bit challenging to control a 276-foot pole while holding it. Once you have that pole up in the air, it can easily swing/tilt in one direction, and when that happens, it's "TIMBER!!!!). So, what I do is let the bottom end of the pole stay on the ground. This way, all weight is on the ground. Then quickly lift the pole and let it rest on the branch way up in the air. So, as you are holding the pole up, it is also resting on a branch. No strain on you. Then, just shift/move the pole into position to cut the branch. When you are ready to bring the pole down, be careful not to hit anything. Just let the pole tilt a bit so it rests upon the lower branches. Kinda like slowly walking down a set of stairs. Each stair is a lower branch. - I hope that makes sense. Overall, this pole saw worked perfect for me. Accomplished what I needed to do at a reasonable cost. The poles/tubes are strong and did not crack/break. Happy with the purchase. Would buy again if needed.

Good workout
Works well to trim trees. Starts getting wobbly the more you extend it, as expected. Should last a few more uses which I don't mind with the low price. Don't expect it to last too long but beats hiring professionals to do it for 3 to 4 figures. One star off since it started leaning to one side already from pulling the cutting blade.

Nice Pole Saw!
Great product and even better customer service! The scissors trimmer that came was missing some bolts and it ended up bending and became non usuable. I emailed the address on the instructions and told them of the issue. They responded almost immediately and sent not only a replacement, but also acouple of extra pole attachments. Works perfectly even when using 20 feet of pole. Saws are very sharp and whole system is very well engineered. I have a lot of trees on my lake property and I have, and will continue to use, this many times to keep things nice and Tidy!

Decent performance, good valuie
If I could give 4.5 stars I would.....not a perfect "A", but better than a "B"! Got the pole saw for our vacation house. I have used it will all but the final extension section. When using the full length it is heavy (at 20+ ft that's expected), but once you get it vertical the saw is very efficient and makes quick cuts. The bypass pruner is sharp and cuts good size branches. The connections could be a bit tighter - they are not going to disconnect but at the full length they do get wobbly. Overall this was a good purchase and made short work of a lot of pruning. Probably won;t last as long as my Craftsman, but it is a good value for sure.

Sturdy, sharp and durable pole saw!
Excellent pole saw. Easy to assemble and has both a threaded and 'click-in' component for ease and stability. The blade has hooks on both ends (near and far) so you can hoist it up and it will grip a branch, alleviating the need to make sure it doesn't slip off and it's very sharp, which has made cutting a breeze. Easily adjustable for length and enormously helpful for trimming and cleanup after a major windstorm we had. I have cut limbs up to 5 or 6 inches in diameter without much trouble and the pole is long enough to provide enough clearance for the limb drop. It's still tough to hoist it fully upright with full extension but the easiest I have used (given its weight and limited bend) in comparison with other models. Very pleased!

Works but may not last long
The set has a total of 8 connecting poles, one of which is the ”threaded connection pole ” that you connect the scissors or the “big hand saw.” The end pole is noted as the one pole that you can only connect an additional pole at one end. The “connecting poles” have connections st each end and are about 3 feet 4 inches in length each, when connected to another pole. My first time use: I assembled 4 out of the available 8 poles, it wasn’t too long. I attached the supplied big hand saw blade to the threaded “connection pole” to cut some semi small palm branches. After cutting a few of the branches on a low palm tree, I noticed that the collar to the “main attachment pole” was broken as pictured. The poles were securely connected, so I’m not sure how this happened. Was it defective from the start? Was it a by-product of the pole(s) flexing during use? Not really sure! I did duct tape the piece in place and continued working without further incident. I then attached the “scissor cutting pole” to cut small branches on a higher tree with thin branches that were approximately 1/2”-3/4” in diameter. For this tree, I had 5 of the available 8 poles connected and found that length of poles to be a bit flimsy to use. At the length of 5 poles the unit was approximately 16.5’ feet long so a bit of flex in the poles was expected; it just took a little compensation in grabbing a branch with the scissors to make s cut. I gave it 3 stars because it seems a bit delicate for the intended use. We’ll see how many uses it actually lasts in the real world. Also, if the broken collar had been broken on an “extension pole” and not the main pole for the big saw blade, it wouldn’t be a problem as I could just use another “extension pole.” I wouldn’t use this tool with all the poles attached as it would have too much bending and be a bit too difficult to manage and use. Regarding the comments on the bag being too short to easily put the poles back in the bag: I had no problem putting the poles and found it to be easier than my camera light stand bags which pretty much require the use a shoe horn to get the stands into their bags.
