Apple iPhone 15, 128GB, Blue (Renewed)

I was sceptical about buying a used phone on amazon without seeing what it was like first but i would absolutely do it again. The phone was like brand new, no scratches, 100% battery health. Amazing!

Really happy with the phone overall. The iPhone arrived in very good cosmetic condition, very clean and with no scratches at all. Everything works perfectly — sound, vibration, camera and screen are all great. Delivery was fast and the phone looks almost like new. Battery health was 84%, which was slightly lower than I expected for “Excellent” condition, but overall I’m still happy with the purchase.

Out of the box seemed fine, screen a little grainy and it felt a bit off - but, coming from android with 120hz refresh plus shifting to iOS maybe it was just me. Still couldn't get on with it, it just felt off. After a couple weeks took it to a local phone shop and let them have a look at it. Bingo. Shoddy screen replacement not even fitted correctly. It's possible to lift the screen and get a fingernail under on two corners of the phone. The phone shop fella joked it's a good job you didn't use it in the rain, it's not even sealed. Refund request submitted. If I receive good service I'll update this review to reflect that, but the product received was not as advertised and was sub standard trash. Review edited as promised - response very quick and it says a refund issued, let's see how long it takes to hit the account. Tbh I'll probably delete this review if they're fast, I can forgive and forget if there's good customer service. Edit, customer service was superb in issuing a refund. The fact it may well have been out of the 30 days returns window had I not taken it to a shop is worrying though.

Never bought a refurbished phone and I was a little apprehensive but prices now are so outlandish I gave it a try. The phone looks almost like new, only a few pin sized chips on the rim of the camera but nothing on the body, screen or camera lenses. The battery charges to 100% and shows over 90% battery health. To be honest I’m delighted. The phone is better than expected and I will use this company again.

The product came in great condition really liked it. Just wish it was charged even a little bit.

Had phone for a week. No issues condition is excellent no visible marks. Full battery and great value for money. Phone came with a charger and case.

Receive the phone quickly and was in immaculate condition. After setting up the phone and trying to update it kept having error message ( cannot verify update ) after many times and trying everything and even reset it . I took it to Apple Store. They managed to reset the phone and install the update. Was so happy to get it working finally, but that was short-lived as another update came and again same error message . As it was near the end of my return window sent it back for a full refund.

Reçu au bout de 3 jours très satisfait de la qualité ainsi que la rapidité de la réception du téléphone sauf que le chauffeur l'a déposé dans la boîte aux lettres pas sérieux de la part du transporteur ... sinon RASpour l'instant . Cdt Didier

El móvil está en perfecto estado, parece nuevo sin ningún rasguño. El estado de la batería está al 91%, muy buena compra.

Al momento 5 stelle, batteria 89%, praticamente graffi o ammaccature impercettibili e pare funzionare bene. Aggiornerò se ci saranno problemi ma sono molto soddisfatto al momento visto anche il prezzo! A 3 giorni ottimo cellulare e bene la batteria.
