Very nice shower head. Ordered in oil rubbed bronze finish and it looks great. The product has a good feel to it with the metal construction. The installation was very easy and smooth. The unit operates very well by rotating the spoked knob to change settings. It gives a very generous rainfall shower and feels great. Really happy upon installation and initial start up. Can’t speak to longevity but given my initial impression of quality I believe it will be durable. The packaging is top notch with everything in soft protective pouches and installation tools and accessories.

1) We had an issue with the hose - I contacted the company and they had a replacement part here in 2 days that worked perfectly. Great customer service. 2) The quality is fantastic. Everything is tight, solid, etc. 3) They make installation easy. Everything is included, minus the wrench :). They even include teflon tape in the box in a little cardboard spool. Very thoughtful. 4) They included extra pieces. I love this because they know this is an item that will last. If you have something that lasts, it'll need little parts here and there, but nothing major -- this really shows they care about their product enough that they're spending extra money to ensure you have a product that works for you for a long time. I appreciate that. 5) Everyone loves the pressure, the pattern is clean, the handheld is nice. Im happy and the family is happy!

High quality design, materials and performance. Easy installation. Multiple layers of instructions and videos. No leaks. American made! Honestly, what more could you ask for from a shower head supplier?

I am very pleased with this product. I appreciate the fact that is it all metal and made in the US. It is made very well and I am sure very durable. I had it installed recently and I love the size of the shower head. It provide a very powerful flow of water in the primary and hand-held shower head. The online video is very helpful to make the installation easy. I highly recommend this product. I had ordered a different one and returned it because it had plastic components. This one is solid and the oil rubbed finish matches the other part of my shower.

If you have ever read my reviews, then you know I will and have scrutinized and put products to my tests, but I usually do my reviews a couple weeks into my purchase unless it’s a common item. First off, when I picked up the box at my front door, I swear it was not what I expected as it had some serious weight to it. It comes brown boxed with a very nice printed on label, with an attention grabbing slogan inside the lid. Let’s just say when they built this product, they meant business. Each piece is contained inside of a drawstring lined bag. The main shower head is solid metal, with micro silicon rubber jets. It’s got such a reflective property to it your could use it as a mirror, the selector knob acts as if it’s got a bearing with a positive click selection for both the wand and shower head or individually. The logo is laser etched into the selector valve as well. The wand is something I would carry with me if I wanted to protect myself against shower predators! It’s solid with a standard pressure, a high pressure, and a mist type of selection for water. I opted for the 108” wand hose as an extra part as well. Added some teflon tape to the wall pipe and tightened it down, don’t over tighten, it’s not needed. Just hand tighten the set screws, don’t over tighten them. Add the shower head first, then the supply line to the tap and then connect the supply line to the wand, hand tighten that part as well. There are dual seals for the wand one inside the connector and one on the wand. The hose is very flexible and covered in a metal housing. After it’s all installed, run it for about 2 minutes to clear out the lines, yes you will see some discolored water, but you will also see this when you change out fridge water filters and purge the lines. I had to take a shower just to try it out and I was quite surprised at the pressure. I have been shopping at the big box stores to actually see what was the best. ALL of them were plastic or had plastic parts. This one is all metal and based on my experience of having an all metal one many years back, this will be a top winner. Hammerhead thought this out and delivered an outstanding product. I was skeptical at first, but I watched the reviews increase and for a majority they all agreed that this is a well made product. We all know that the water the comes into our home, does eventually cause sediment build up and it make the water pressure drop, and damages the shower heads from clogging. Since this is metal, and parts can be replaced I see it working well into the future. My last shower head only lasted about 2 years. So let’s see what this one will do. You do get extra washer seals, rubber jets, teflon tape, an Allan key, and warranty cards. I installed mine after I brought it in the house. I have been comparing many of them including the big names over priced companies which still make them plastic. I will post an update to see how well it’s holding up. But for now, I will support their company. No, I didn’t get this as a promo, or ask to write about my experience. But I support great products and my reviews are up front and honest. Not All Metal, as they claim. The top part of the handheld where the water comes out is plastic, but the handle is metal. What kind of plastic? Who knows! Because nowhere in their specifications does it say that they use plastic. Very disappointing. Besides that, everything else is metal, minus small parts of course for installation. First time using, it has great pressure and works well. The large showerhead can be in a rainfall position or angled pretty significantly. The handheld is decent, but nothing to write home about. Three settings though, which is nice. Some of the other reviews mention leakage, but I'm not having that issue. Best part about this item is that you can use the showerhead and the handheld at the same time, with decent output from both pieces. Even so, I can't recommend this to someone looking for a 100% metal fixture, because it is not 100% metal as far as I can tell.

Excellent quality, easy installation, and superior water pressure. The rain shower head and handheld are a wonderful addition to our new shower. The diverter is easy to use and allows the use of one shower head or both at the same time. Very happy customer!

We are delighted with this Hammerhead shower head. The unit is solidly made with a good "heft" to it, reflecting its all metal construction; and yet the design of the handle of hand-held head makes it feel light and balanced in the hand. The water flow is excellent, with great pressure output (our house water pressure is set to range from 50psi to 70psi) in both the large 8" head and in all three settings of the hand-held head. The large shower head remains n position where set, yet swivels at the touch of a finger. It's worth the extra $100 cost above the "plastic" units.

Great quality, great product. Installs great and look and perform great. No complaint.
