Wrong part delivered.
Ordered a filter for my Hinari Steam generator iron. £13.64. Had given model and make number/ part number needed. Delivered promptly but was the wrong fit. It was different to the filter I was replacing. Disappointed.

I didn’t want to give any stars but couldn’t submit review without giving something reluctantly While the advert said it would fit the model number of the steam iron I wanted it for it didn’t. I had to pay postage for the return as well which I don’t think was very good ‘customer service’

It stopped working within a few months of very light use
On the first few times I got this, I managed to get steam, but within about 50 garments it stopped working.
