These pumpkin seeds have nothing added to them, and that's why I was so interested in them. They taste very fresh. They also taste plain, but that's to be expected. The quality is very good, and the price was right. I'm personally using the pumpkin seeds for a detox, and they seem to be working. This is a good brand for quality seeds.
