Fun themed deck

Overall, I am excited to use this deck. I do have a question, and that is, when was this deck was put together and how long can we expect it to be "legal" for standard play?

Decent deck
The deck itself is decent. The mana that came with it all had white borders instead of black and were pretty dirty. Ugly. Also one mana was missing, only 59 cards in the deck I received.
