1 roll missing, no seal and device has Dirt marks . But the product was functioning fine so I didn't return it. I tried taking out pictures and it overheaded so I'm waiting for it to cool down. Product seems fine for day 1. Will update after a month

The printer is fine, but the application that it's supposed to work with is abysmal. Keeps disconnecting over and over again then suddenly starts working fine. One star experience tbh.
