Description
6X Loading Dye Solution(XB) is used to prepare DNA markers and samples for loading on agarose orpolyacrylamide gels. It is recommended for the routine DNA work use. Each Loading Dye contains two tracking dye, orange G dye and xylene cyanol FF for visual tracking of DNA migration during electrophoresis. High concentrated glycerol solution is included, so it can helps efficient electrophoresis analysis.; the EDTA included in the solution binds divalent metal ions and inhibit dependent nuclease activities.
