STURDY BUT LIGHT
Honestly it is better than I expected. I have used the wedges in bare feet and wearing shoes. I was advised to buy yoga wedges by my physiotherapist. I tore my Achilles and the angled squats are assisting with muscle development. Also I will be using them every day for the rest of my life to facilitate ankle stretching. Excellent product for the price.

Excellent for my squats
These are perfect for me to get deep into a squat. Very sturdy but they DO slide easily depending on your flooring. If you have them on a smooth surface they will slide around, nothing that can’t be fixed with grip tape.
