BUREI Men Wrist Watch for Men

Color: Black/Black/BlackThe watch is a nice size and feels great on the wrist. The band adjustment is similar to that of a zip-tie and can be easily adjusted on the fly without any tools. The clasp gives a confident snap when correctly fastened closed.Color is Black/Black/Black, but in person it's closest to a shiny gun-metal or a glossy dark gray color with the face being a flat medium grey color.The band doesn't show any fingerprints but the bezel is gloss and does show fingerprints. Thankfully a quick wipe fixes that easily. The band is metal and has a woven type look to it. It's quite comfy on the skin with zero scratching or rough bits.The second hand ticks and makes a very light sound that's not noticed or heard unless the watch is inches from my ear.There's a small glossy "Burei" logo between the 12 and pin that holds the hands in place, and a second white flat logo on the clasp.Burei has been my go-to for watches for a few years now. I appreciate that it's low cost while also looking nice, but isn't unnecessary heavy or questionably light in weight.

I have only worn it twice. But so far, so good. It is a nice stylish piece to wear on my wrist

I just recently discovered Burei- brand watches and I am impressed with the quality, styles, and price range. They are designed like far more expensive watches.

The watch fits well and looks great.But, after only 3 months it started to malfunction. The minute hand began running backwards. This lasted for about 1 day. Then the battery died altogether.If you don’t plan on using the watch and only looking for a piece that’s cheap and looks good, go for it.But, if you want a watch that tells time - this isn’t it

Long ago, before Apple Watches, before smart phones, before the iPod even, adventurers from all over the world sought out the many tongued sphinx and tried to answer the unanswerable riddle of time. It is believed that answering this riddle will harness the power of the ancient magic used by the “order of the Gregorians” and could unlock the fabled “13th month.” This is NOT that story BUT heres a riddle: If it took eight men ten hours to build a wall, how long would it take four men to build it? No time at all; it’s already built.This wrist watch is such an amazing deal for the price. It’s very on par (at least looks) with brand like Nixon which are a 3-4 TIMES more expensive. It’s that good looking. It’s thick stainless steel all the way around (no cheating with plastic bits here and there). And it’s heavy enough to be used as DIY bludgeon if you’re ever in a street fight and leave your nunchucks at home.It’s a fact that all wrists are not the same size. Démodé! It’s true. They ship this watch in gorilla or t-Rex wrist size out of the box so it will mean an adjusting or removal of some links. Did this just make you huff and puff like the sovereign Prince of America, and exclaim to your steward and soup taster, “then I just won’t wear it…” Me too. But then I remembered I had a wrist watch link removal tool.I was embarrassingly, proud of accomplishing the removal of watch links. Did I ask rando’s if met with a new watch, did they have the wherewithal, that “can-do” street knowledge, to adjust the links to their arms specifications? Irrelevant but much like driving a stick shift, when the world ends you will need men like me.I’ve gotten numerous compliments about the watch that were not made by me screaming at strangers, “look at my arm and tell me I’m pretty!”It’s got a classic look with a fresh new take. Oddly enough its shape reminds me of very old handcuffs. Love a reinterpretation of a classic with some new subtle boldness (even if, maybe even, ESPECIALLY if, it borrows from past designs).No one has cut me to the savage quick about it being a non digital no-smart grandpa arm clock either. “Bet you have to wind it up before you can even tell the time?” They’d taunt. Or, “Why don’t you just strap a sun dial on!” Even, “that watch won’t even tell you your steps or analyze your cicadas sleep patterns!”Wait. Pause. Did you say, cicadas , like the bug? Eek. Embarrassing. You’re bullying at a 4th grade level when you’re clearly old enough to be bullying to post graduates. Why don’t you ask Siri why she’s the only girl that talks to you and where to buy ointment for a 2012 ICE BURN (so dated because I’m not sure what the youth patois or colloquialism for a “burn” is today. Probably just a series of shrieks and bird like head jerks).So we’ve solved the unanswerable riddle, savaged a time bully and our new watch completes our look with a touch of the old guard’s, flash bang pow. Days work is complete.I totally forgot. It appears to tell time correctly as well and it’s easy to set!
