The aroma is very good and the taste is average, it doesn’t taste like nothing. I like pretty the tea bag looks in my tea cup. But the benefits I do feel it after 2 weeks worth the price. I drink this first before my protein coffee. I’ve been having better circulation.

I've been looking to consume the ingredients in this tea. The ones I've tried have not had a good flavor like this one. Neither the licorice or any of the other herbs are overpowering. Just had my 1st serving today. Looking forward to the benefits.

I don’t know that this actually helps with lymphatic drainage. But it does make you go poop regularly without the stomach ache feeling.Which is a good thing too. I’m gonna try this with the vibration plate that I have for about a month and see what happens.
