I tried the Fit Face X set and it’s really simple to use. Each tool focuses on a different part of the face, and the short daily workouts make it easy to stay consistent. After a few weeks, my jawline feels a bit firmer and my cheeks look more lifted. The videos helped me use everything correctly. It’s not magic, but it does make my face feel more toned. I’m happy with the purchase.

I received my package a few days after ordering. It was packaged nicely with each tool in its own section of the box. Included was a stand to keep the tools on so that you can keep them in a place where you can see them every day as a reminder to do your exercises. There were instructions with a QR code to download videos for assembly and how to use each tool. After downloading I watched the video to assemble the Chin x device. I must admit I had to watch it several times because you couldn't rewind it. You could pause it but not rewind. It wasn't really difficult but I was having trouble seeing that I had it the correct way when trying to weave the belt into the headset. Once I finally got that part done I moved onto the basic instructional videos showing how each device is used. On the basic videos someone just gives you a quick demonstration. After watching each of those I moved onto the video where a woman goes into a whole workout using each device and she explains the moves thoroughly, how you can build your workout as you get stronger and the muscles each device is working, etc. That video was the most helpful. I have been following what I learned from that video for 2 weeks and decided to post my results so far. I'm not the best at picture taking but I do believe my jawline is more defined. I'm going to continue to use the tools. I use them every day as part of my evening routine. Just takes a few minutes. I sneak away into my room and do the routine where nobody can see me. I know while doing the exercises I look crazy and drool is sometimes involved. Lol... In the video with the workout the presenter mentions there are more videos that show different workouts to use. I think I'm ready to progress onto a more difficult workout. I hope in a few weeks to see even better results and to post more pics. I purchased this because lately I had been looking in the mirror lifting my face at certain points thinking if I could Just lift this a tiny bit I'd look rested, better. I do believe it's helping. I'm not expecting miracles. I am a senior citizen and just want to keep a jawline, at least for a few more years. ************* Adding updated photos. Before in blue shirt when I began in August, next photo with my hair draped on one shoulder, is my result as of October 25th. I tried to use two pictures where my I'm just looking forward and my neck is not tilted up or down. I believe my neck and jawline are much more defined. When I look in the mirror and see my neck now it doesn't make me cringe anymore. I feel like my neck looks less creapy too. I'm very happy and will continue to use these tools faithfully every night like I have been.

This is a good set for overall facial fitness. Everything seems to have the right tensions and looks like it will last. One word of caution: The strap isn’t long enough to put at the top of a door and do the neck presses if you happen to be short, and in fact, if you have only taller doors like I do (8ft), you can’t use it at all (I’m tall for a woman and can’t even come close). I can still use the lip, cheek, and jawline exercisers just fine but disappointed about the neck exerciser. Recommended to measure your door, yourself, and compare carefully to the product description. It would have been great if they included a longer adjustable strap. Otherwise quality product.

I think this is an AMAZING product, that is an absolute game changer. I’m sure I’ll use it forever. So this is my 2nd fitface x face gym. My first kit got lost in luggage transport! (Thanks AAirlines) I have been using this for 4 months now, in total. I was very skeptical at first, but after doing my first workout, they were not kidding, it took about 4 minutes and every muscle in my face was mildly sore like any muscle would be from a heavy workout. It's an odd feeling at first.. you are like.. My Cheeks are tired??? My lips are tired??? The muscles under my chin are tired??? My Jaw is Tired???. But that's sorta the point. It's a face gym and it works. My issue was my cheeks were getting a bit heavy looking, just a bit droopy. It runs in the family. My double chin was starting to show up in a LOT more pictures. I guess my Jawline was getting a bit soft looking, but for some reason I wasn't really focused on that aspect. So at the 4 month mark here is what I have seen happening. My Cheeks are now flat, have fully gone tight and taken years off my look. My Cheekbones are way more prominent looking as a result - that was a bonus. My double chin is way better I'd say about 3/4th gone… I think in another month I should have that back to flat as well. A few things I wasn't really targeting but I was committed to doing the full daily routine with the four tools (it's only four minutes) My lips- way more color and are definitely plumper and have a nicer pout. The Lip-x thing works really well; it just takes a while to get used to working out your lips. So I don't write many reviews , but I had to for this one. You can literally send your face to the GYM everyday - and I just love that I can do most of the workout while sitting in bed or watching Netflix. If you are seeing areas that you want moved back where they were, I would fully give this a shot. Try combining with Micro needling rollers as well and a good serum!

You NEED this! Fit Face X is a high quality, sturdy and well represented product. But it’s so much more than just facial aesthetics and a better jaw line, this is a unique and well crafted set that targets the myofascial and structural elements of the face and neck, regions where weakness and dysfunction can hide and cause lifelong problems. As a chiropractor and strength coach who also lives with Ehlers Danlos hyper mobility disorder I’m always looking at wellness tools that can help with chronic pain, weakness and waking the body up- Fit Face X does this wonderfully. I’ve purchased the jaw cubes, the molar blocks, tongue and lip trainers, neck harnesses, cervical massage and traction, bands, iron neck and a myriad of other postural and strengthening tools-Fit Face X delivers functionality, targeted strengthening and ingenuity that stands alone in the marketplace. The price is very fair considering that you could easily spend $100 trying to accumulate the various tools included however you won’t anything else that’s as durable and specialized. The Chin-X and Cheek-X alone are worth the price as they are the only style out there and work very well; to make things better the Jaw-X and Lip-X tools are light years beyond other styles in terms of quality, durability and design. More importantly, upon setting up the Chin-X I threaded the strap through the tension clasp backwards which would cause the slack to be pulled out whenever tension was applied (entirely my fault); I thought this was a design error but contacted the company for assistance before returning. Within an hour of inquiry I had a clear and detailed answer that resolved the issue from Robert the owner! I couldn’t be happier with this product and the customer service was astounding! Man or woman, young or old, weak or strong everyone should get a Fit Face X, five stars all the way!!!

This has potential to work. I assume the L goes on top of the door. That makes it impossible to hook the strap because the hooks are upside down. Unless there is some other magic way to hook this up. I wouldn’t know because the instructions sucks don’t play music through an instruction video . Talk tell people what you’re doing. Show how you have it hooked to the door. How is this supposed to work with the hooks upside down. WTH

I was excited to try this product because I saw some celebrities boasting about the benefits. Maybe I’m not using it correctly, but there are some things that could be improved upon. First off, the little thing that you’re supposed to hang the face fit tools on could be made with a more sturdy material, and it would be nice if it was labeled don’t was clear what you’re supposed to hang where. I also had an issue with the chin exercises - the strap wasn’t long enough to do the exercise correctly in my doorframe unfortunately. So it put me at a weird angle that I was concerned was doing more harm than good. It’s nice that they include videos, but I couldn’t figure out how to do the cheek one correctly, even after watching it multiple times. I love the idea of this product and am all for anti-aging gadgets, but there is just some room for improvement with this one.
