B10A 24V 12L is a great replacement pump for the Chilipad Cube Sleep System and Mimaki UV Printer!

I bought this pump as a replacement for my Ooler sleep system so I’ll leave some details in case you are here looking to do the same. It fits where the old pump was located inside the Ooler however the nozzles on the pump are larger so it was a struggle to get the original inlet/outlet tubes attached but with some finagling I was able to do it. Easy to splice the wires from the old pump onto this one for power.

For anyone looking to replace the noisy pump on their chilipad cube, this will work with only a little bit of fabrication. My main concern was if the inlet and outlet were going to match with the stock tubing and luckily it did. All I used was some steel strapping, weather stripping, zip ties, solder and heat shrink tubing to make it work. I already had this stuff laying around my garage. Took me about an hour and half to complete the project. If you can’t solder, you could just use wire nuts or butt splices. I was able to close up the case and make it fit just fine even though it was a little tight. I’m giving it 4 stars because the pump is a little noisy compared to the stock pump before it broke and started screaming. It is a huge improvement over the bad pump though. I sleep with my window a/c going and rain on the TV for some white noise and I can’t hear it at all. Overall the pump seems to be of much better quality than the original pump despite being a little louder.

It gets marketed as a replacement motor for the SleepMe Dock Pro. However, the wires are almost 12" too short! I'm ordering heat shrink wraps and pre-crimped wires with JST-XH connectors tomorrow. Sure would be nice not to need even more parts to fix the Dock Pro than the pump replacement!

This is a great pump to use on a chili-pad, it’s quick and easy replacement.

This may help if you are using for Chillipad replacement. The original pump is square, so this is not a direct replacement. But it does work. I just cut the wires and used butt splices rather than try to rewire. I put weather stripping under the pump to make a foundation an use a rubber coated steel clamp and used the existing holes. I used the rubber grommets that were on the old pump to provide some insulation. I used zip ties of the same size that were on it to reconnect the tubing. It started right up and does sound a little different, but for less than about $80 and about an hour of work should get some more time out of the unit.
