Wanted to wait a bit to write a review as this is my 4th one (all different brands) just to be sure. Folks, this machine is phenomenal. Not too loud, constant output of tiny little ice cubes that are almost like the ice at Sonic, no leaking, high fill line, and super fast refills. Two people can generously fill up their glass and there's still a few cubes at the bottom. By the time we come back for another glass of tea, the tank is full again. The cleaning process is easy, too, which I do about 1x month. It fits right next to my microwave, so it's about that tall and probably half the width. Yes, it takes up some counters pace, but it sure beats having to buy a 5 lb bag at the store as it slowly melts on the way home, taking up half of my freezer space and re-freezing the melted parts so that you have to slam it on some hard surface to break the cubes back up. Thank God those days are over! It was super easy to set up - I didn't even need to read the instructions (except on how/when to clean). Have had ZERO problems or issues with it. This is by far the best countertop ice machine out there, especially if you like the tiny "nugget" ice (my kid loves to crunch ice and I'm not even a little bit worried he'll break a tooth on these compared to the bigger ice cubes). Absolutely worth every penny! *Everything I've just written is completely true and unbiased. This was not part of some promo deal nor was I offered any discount for my written opinion. I paid full price for this baby and would do it again...in fact I probably will when I get my own office at work.

After carefully looking through many different ice makers of various different prices, I settled on this one after looking at reviews for all of them. And I’m so glad I did! Zero problems, right out of the box, made ice within like 30 min, it fits on my countertop, comes with the ice scoop which is nice too, it’s been on constantly (don’t turn it off!), and no issues with overheating or anything. It does put out hot air though so I have it a little more forward on my countertop. The space is perfect for my studio. It’s super easy to use, just fill the compartment, and press start. It cycles the ice so it doesn’t get stuck so when the bottom ice melts, it makes fresh ice from it! Always having fresh ice is actually really nice. And it’s just like sonic ice. Very soft and crunchy. Absolutely perfect, going to be gifting these out for Christmas and bdays.

I bought this as a gift to myself for moving into my first apartment. This machine was the best machine ever! And as a lover of chewy/soft ice, it was perfect for my cravings and to add to my drinks. I followed the instructions with cleaning weekly and then I became noticeably sick. Lost my voice, had terrible coughs that woke me out of my sleep, runny nose, scratchy throat. I checked the machine and of course. There was mold accumulated in the second reservoir despite me cleaning every week and taking preventative measures. I have only used the machine for less than a month! I was disgusted and just didn’t feel safe deep cleaning because you can’t exactly get into the tubing and holes. I can’t return it because obviously I’ve used it and even though I had a warranty, they wouldn’t replace it because it’s not considered a defect. I contacted the company and they only offered a $10 credit towards a new machine for my situation. How ridiculous! I threw the machine away. I’m traumatized to buy another machine if it’s just going to accumulate mold in areas that I can’t get to! I would include the pictures but it looked so disgusting and made my stomach turn so I will not do that to anyone reading this. 😭 Overall disappointed with this machine, the company and my experience. If you do decide to get it, just know that if mold accumulates in your machine and you want to replace with a new machine, it’s NOT covered by the warranty so don’t even bother asking the company or Amazon.

This Ice Maker is amazing. I had to return it because it started having issues after 8 months. I submitted a request for a replacement since it was still within the warranty period. Dealing this company was super easy. After some quick troubleshooting, which did not correct the problem, they sent me a new device, with no hassel. I highly recommend this device.

This worked great for almost a year. But then after descaling and running clean cycle it quit making ice and instead makes odd noises and no ice. Reading troubleshooting, suggests that it needs repairs. (Original review 2 stars) Update: a couple of weeks after posting this review, the unit completely died and no longer made ice, only horrible noises! I was contacted by customer service (unsolicited) and after providing a screenshot of my order details and address and a couple of days later, I received a brand new ice maker! Updated review 5 stars-1 only due to the fact that the first one crapped out in the first place. The ice this machine makes is great!

I purchased this ice maker last November. In July it started making some noise. I contacted the company, they immediately responded and sent me a replacement. I love this machine , the ice size is perfect, I have ice continuously. There was nothing hard about sitting it up. Highly recommended!

I love this ice maker! It makes a ton of ice! It was really easy to set up and fast at making ice! It even has a self cleaning option! My sister and I got this for my mom for Christmas and she loves it! It makes so much ice we started putting the ice into ziplock bags to save it! We even give some to family and friends because it makes that much!

After just over a year of loving this machine it has died and can't make ice anymore. I would expect a longer life span and we are disappointed. It was easy to clean, refill, and made ice quickly. It did put out quite a bit of heat from the fan and wasn't completely quiet. But not obnoxious either.

I’m absolutely thrilled with this EUHOMY Nugget Ice Maker! It makes soft, chewable nugget ice just like you get at restaurants and coffee shops—perfect for drinks, smoothies, and iced coffee. The machine heats up quickly and starts producing ice fast, and it keeps up really well even when we’re using it throughout the day. It’s compact, looks great on the countertop, and is surprisingly quiet. Super easy to use and clean, with clear indicators and a generous ice basket. If you’re a nugget ice lover, this is 100% worth it. I honestly don’t know how I lived without it!

Do not order this if you are in the EU. They sent one with a US plug and a high powered converter won't work because it only converts the power and not speed of the power transfer. It will burn up the motor. Also nothing in the sellers description says it is a US plug, but it is interesting that some EU people have purchased it and it has worked for them. Maybe they got on with the right plug. I can't understand why they would send one to Portugal with a US plug.
