Our food supply grown from our soil has depleted of Magnesium. Our processed food devoid of Mg. Do not take calcium supplements for osteoporosis, there is much to much calcium in the US diet, which will calcify your heart and muscles and other tissues of your body. The magnesium is for calcium absorption into your bones. Magnesium oxide is Maalox !!! It will make you go to the bathroom!!! It is for constipation! Es efectivom se asimila bastante bien, la gragea es algo grande pero no causa molestia, nos sentimos mejor con la asimilacion del magnesio,bueno para las uñas y la caida del pelo. Es Magnesio asimilable por humanos activos.
