Like tinsel on a Christmas tree

Those of us old enough to remember that silver tinsel on a Christmas tree, back in the 80's or 90's...... well this is the equivalent. And that's not a compliment. The material is super thin and extremely lightweight making it hard to deal with and hang. They come all stuck together, so you have to spend time pulling them apart..... it's not worth the time and effort. And considering the cheap quality, product could have been priced cheaper.
