Best in class sriracha!
My search for the the best sriracha has ended. I wasn't familiar with this brand prior to ordering, but glad I took the plunge. Pretty Thai's heavier garlic notes highlight a more balanced flavor profile. I'll be trying out the rest of their lineup asap. This is excellent stuff!

The best!
I could live on this sauce! It is the best sriracha I have ever had. The mix of lime and smoked spice is perfect. I just wish it was cheaper so I could put it on everything.

Not particularly authentic, but delicious anyway!
I tried this sauce for the first time as I am cutting refined sugar from my diet, and there don't seem to be many sriracha sauces with no added sugar on the market. First, let me say that I have eaten a number of different brands of sriracha sauce from Thailand, and this sauce doesn't taste like any of the "authentic" sriracha sauces I have tried. That said, I find this sauce to be quite delicious - it has a nice moderate level of heat and some interesting flavor notes not found in the other sriracha sauces I have tried. So my conclusion is that this is a delicious sauce that I would buy again to enjoy as it is; but if I am making a dish that requires a more traditional "authentic" sriracha sauce, then this would not be the ideal sauce. I think that is a fair and honest assessment.

This is just what I was looking for! Tons of flavor - no sugar!
All I can say is I wish I had found this sooner! The sauce is great on everything I have tried so far! Burgers, pork, eggs, tacos, etc.... Wonderful pepper flavor and tangy finish with just the right amount of burn. I love the zingy lime notes. I will be buying a lot more!

Slightly better than Huy Fong, not worth the price IMO
Has a nice distinct added zip compared to normal sriracha, and is noticably more spicy. It does however have a fairly unique flavor that doesn't quite go with everything the way sriracha does, and is noticeably (approximately 4x) more expensive in cost per ounce. I normally love fancy sauces but I think I'd rather stick with the standard on this one.
