Replaces fresh vegetables after rehydrating in fresh water.
A good source for dehydrated veggies for making soup, veggie dip, ramen noodles, or other foods where lots of veggies are needed. Does not contain any onions or other wasted fillers. Carrots are sweet and all of the veggies taste just like fresh vegetables after only a few minutes of soaking in water. I'm trying to order more but am having difficulty finding it.

Great in Ramen and soups
I love a bit of this in my noodles. It’s also good in various past dishes. Start with a small amount as too much may overwhelm texture and flavor. I am taking a star away because: 1) the second time I ordered it the jar had a bad seal and had less in it than it should. 2) the container does not list ingredients or nutrient content as is required for food sold in the US. I’ve bought this multiple times and need to get another for the pantry shelf.

This mix is great for quick soup or ramen noodle package. Does not take a lot to really add flavor and body to a soup or quick ramen.

Dependable Foods Dehydrated Vegetables – 3.5 Lb. Bulk Jar 100% Natural, Non-GMO, Salt-Free, Gluten-Free | Kosher, | All- Natural Medley Spice Product is only about 3/4 full. I understand that products are sold by weight, not volume AND that settling may occur. I flipped the carton a few times and it was not 'settled', it was actually only 3/4 full. I pulled out the scale, and it weighs almost 4 lbs, so that's 3.5 lbs of product + the weight of the container, I thought. So I proceed to twist off the lid and as the photos show, the product was already opened, and the seal was also damaged on the top. Since the product is unsealed, it may have lost product and gained moisture. While the product smells great, considering that is was not sealed, I won't use this. Also, the claims made in the ad title of 100% Natural, Non-GMO, Salt-Free, Gluten-Free | Kosher, | All- Natural Medley Spice are not listed anywhere on the product at all.
