My husband has a hard time knowing what to write about so I got him this prompted journal & he loves it!

Been using for over a year now and last purchased 4 of them as it keeps me on track.

I never knew the importance of writing in a journal until i started writing in a Journal to clear my head and give it space. I now see patterns of how I think and make reference to memories. I would like there to be more questions that would prompt me answer more but this is easy to use

Really liked the writing prompts in this one. Not just for men. This is more of a gratitude journal. I think they marketed it as a "self-mastery journal for men" because they thought that would appear "masculine ". Men are just people, and being present and noticing the good things in their life can help with anxiety and depression and lead to a more positive mindset... and more happiness in their daily life... just like women! Shocking

Got for someone who likes to journal as a gift. They enjoyed it. Not sure the exact contents but the product was sturdy and well designed

What was looking for. Place for 3 non negotiable, affirmations and reflections on the day. I loved the daily question to reflect on.

I like the journal! I don’t know why it is advertised for only men though, as it works perfectly fine for women too! The simplicity of it is very nice.
