It does not look overly fake. Fake plants have come a long way. This one is a good size and the string come in various lengths which makes it look more real

Great Pop of natural green & perfect for any home
I love this. I have been a floral designer for years and I always design my own things, but I tried this in a pinch and now have 6 or so around my house. This is the perfect size for added green and drapes nicely. Nice quality and looks great. It would cost more to construct this yourself, so the money value is there.

The plant itself was as expected, looks nice. I would have preferred a different color pot but that wasn't a deal breaker. I purchased the plant to place on a shelf to drape off it. It worked and would buy again.
